o                                Lead Chester Company to win the Capstone Business Simulation for the summer 2015. This simulation integrated R&D, marketing, production, finance, and human resources departments. I managed all of these departments. For example:

§        R&D section I managed right strategies for cost leader and differentiator products.

§        Marketing section, I managed and improved product prices, promotion budget, sales budget, and forecast each year.

§        Finance section, I managed right strategies issuing bonds and stocks to invest in the growth of the company; also, I analyzed Financial Statements of my company and competitors studying and calculating financial ratios such as ROS, ROA, ROE, Contribution Margin, Leverage, Assets Turnover, etc.

o                                As a result, I closed the simulation with following outcomes: Cumulative Profit: $199,801,858.00 | Market Share: 22% | Stock Price: $251.08 | Market Capitalization: $531,000,000.00 | EPS: $32.19
